Email support@slipmill.com on weekdays, US Eastern, best effort. Include your account email, the render id from X-SM-Render-Id if you have one, and a redacted request body. We do not debug carrier labels, tax engines, or storefronts we do not operate.

Sign-in mail is sent from login@slipmill.com unless we change the From address in operations. That mailbox does not receive replies. Write support@slipmill.com instead. For abuse, use the same address with the subject Abuse.

We keep render metadata. We do not keep the PDF bytes after the response is sent. We cannot look up a PDF we no longer retain.
