AI and models

Slipmill templates are code we own. A render is a deterministic layout of the JSON you send. We do not run a generative model to invent line items, rewrite addresses, or design a slip.

We do not send your JSON, logos, or PDFs to an LLM. A render does not call OpenAI, Anthropic, or any other model. We do not use that content to train a foundation model. Logo fetch is an image download, not a vision API. Magic-link mail and Stripe billing are ordinary SaaS processors.

We are not placing an AI system on the Union market. A packing slip is not Annex III high-risk work under the EU AI Act.

If a future feature calls a model, it will be documented here before it ships, and the provider will be added to DPA Annex 3 and Privacy with 30 days’ notice if they see personal data.
