Data processing addendum

This addendum applies when you are a business and Slipmill processes personal data contained in render requests on your behalf. You are the controller (or processor) of that data. Media Yard LLC is the processor (or subprocessor) for the limited purpose of producing the PDF and operating your account.

Subject matter: packing-slip and invoice payloads, including names and addresses you submit. Duration: for the life of the account and as needed for quota, billing, and legal holds. Nature: storage, transmission, and rendering to PDF. Types of data: contact and shipping details you choose to send. Data subjects: your customers and counterparties.

We will process that data only on your documented instructions (submitting JSON to /v1/render and using the dashboard), keep it confidential, and require the same of people who must see it. We will notify you of a personal-data breach affecting the service without undue delay after we become aware of it.

Subprocessors currently contemplated: Vercel, Resend, Stripe. We remain responsible for their work under this addendum. Upon account close we stop processing new renders and revoke keys. Residual backups may persist for a limited period.
